• Coconut Plantation does not allow overnight parking of Commercially Registered Vehicles.
• Per Oahu Ordinance, this home has a minimum 29-night rental period. (The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights).

1 Assigned parking stall for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.

Amazing ????

This place was just perfect, my husband and I were very appreciative of this wonderful accommodation for ourselves and our family that joined us for 10 days. Everything we needed was in the apartment, plus additional items like drying racks for bathing suits and towels. Great non-stick frying pans in 3 different sizes! Loads of towels, additional bedding if needed, dishes, bowls, cooking utensils etc. I honestly cannot think of anything that was lacking. The apartment is very large and the lanai was huge with comfy furniture to enjoy the outside and the view at night. Great full size washer & dryer too. Thank you for sharing this home with us, we hope to be back in 2025!

Ko Olina and Coconut Plantation - a great place to vacation!

Our family enjoyed a 36 day stay via Ola Properties in this unit. Overall we would certainly recommend as the location, community and expectations were all met. Pam, our greeter, was pleasant and responsive during our stay which made for smooth check in and check out. When we had some minor issues (such as needing to replace some cooking pots) she acted on behalf of the Ola team and secured new ones for us. Unfortunately the dishwasher completely died and we had 12 days without it, which when on vacation was not ideal. While these things happen, after 3 separate visits from operations to assess the problem they finally secured a new unit but only when we were at the end of the trip. The unit is in good shape for most part, beds are comfortable and was clean (other than we would recommend the carpets be replacedfor wood or laminate flooring). Our only real complaint/disappointment was that the outdoor patio and railings outside up to the unit were not clean (bird droppings/grime)and we had to clean ourselves. We may be a bit OCD (lol) but hey we think that should be properly covered on a vacation unit. The lanai itself is very nice and a fabulous view. Other considerations *New BBQ tools would assist *covers on seat for dining room chairs (wood is not very comfortable) *while the unit didn’t promise beach chairs, we found 2 Tommy Bahama chairs were there and we bought one more and left that behind. Suggest it would be a simple and nice touch to have 4 of those included as great for the fabulous lagoon beach, or we highly recommend the Paradise Cove public beach too! Again, we had a very nice stay and would use Ola again as a fine property manager, however our constructive comments are for the owner to help further enhance to make an even better experience.
